SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction is help given by one Christian to another. It enables that person to pay attention to God’s personal communication to them and respond. My training and experience in accompanying people helps me be able to listen, notice and watch for God’s movement in your life.

RETREATS
Our lives can become busy and overwhelming with little space to breath. Henri Nouwen describes how we ‘can be preoccupied with being occupied.’ To be constantly on the go all the time brings exhaustion. Jesus frequently stepped back from the busyness of his ministry to be alone and pray. At times he told his disciples; ‘Let’s get away from the crowds for a while and rest’.

Stilling Day
Stilling days are about deliberately making space for oneself and God. I have found in my own life regular days of silence away from usual distractions are important to allow my longings, fears and desires to surface and bring these before God. It’s a day when you can leave some of the usual busyness of life behind focus on the Lord.

Listening Circle
The key element of the listening circle is the willingness of its participants to shift from a formal, opinionated, discussion into a receptive and thoughtful process of speaking and deep listening. Listening circles facilitate conditions for people to work together to solve conflict or make decisions in a safe, unexpected and productive way.
